Creating a beautiful and accurate memorial product is our top priority at FuneralPrints.com. Every order goes through a clear and personalized proofing process so you can review and approve your design before it’s printed. We make it simple to ensure your order is perfect.

Digital Proofs (Always Included)

A digital PDF proof is automatically generated in our online designer for every product. You can download and review this proof before finalizing your order to confirm that all text, photos, and layout details look exactly as you intended. This free proof helps ensure accuracy and peace of mind.

How the Proofing Process Works

  • First Proof: Call our office with your order number right away when you place the order to let us know you need a digital (emailed) proof. Our design team will include any edits or personalization notes you’ve provided.

  • Second Proof: You’ll receive one additional proof at no charge if further adjustments are needed.

  • Additional Proofs: Any additional rounds of edits and proofs are $25 each.

This process ensures that your memorial prayer cards, programs, or keepsakes are printed only when you are completely satisfied, maintaining both quality and timeliness for your loved one’s service.

Proof Process & Same-Day Turnaround

We know that time is often limited when planning a service. That’s why orders approved by 12PM EST (Monday–Friday) are printed and shipped the same day. Please allow 24 hours for Memorial Packages and “Design for Me” products. Prompt proof approval helps ensure your memorial keepsakes arrive quickly and beautifully—ready to honor your loved one without delay.
